General Manager

Dire Wolf Tavern & Hallowed Ground is looking for a hands-on General Manager who leads by example, creates memorable guest experiences, and develops high-performing teams. This is a working General Manager role—you'll be actively involved in daily operations while coaching your team, driving sales, and holding everyone accountable to high standards.

What You'll Do:

• Lead daily restaurant operations while remaining visible on the floor. 
• Deliver exceptional hospitality and create memorable guest experiences. 
• Build, coach, and develop a high-performing management team and hourly staff. 
• Drive sales by promoting seasonal features, company promotions, and the Serenitee Rewards program. 
• Foster a positive, accountable, culture-first environment aligned with Serenitee's Core Values. 
• Hold yourself and your team accountable for execution, performance, and service standards. 
• Monitor labor, food cost, inventory, and controllable expenses to achieve financial goals. 
• Ensure the restaurant consistently delivers outstanding cleanliness, food quality, and operational excellence. 
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive starting salary of $95,000-$110,000

• 5+ years of successful restaurant management experience. 
• Proven leadership in a high-volume, full-service restaurant. 
• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction. 
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills. 
• Financial acumen with experience managing labor and restaurant profitability. 
• A hands-on leader who enjoys working alongside the team. 
• Someone who embraces accountability, continuous improvement, and positive culture.
