Own it all — the team, the guests, the numbers, and the culture that makes your store the best fresh-food spot in town. As a General Manager, you'll lead all store operations and hit sales and cost goals. Availability, including evenings and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• A proven leader who develops teams and delivers results
• Strong grasp of P&L, labor, and cost management
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
• Attention to detail across operations and brand standards
• A desire for growth
• 3+ years of restaurant management; GM experience preferred
