What You'll Do as a Dynamic General Manager

• Lead and motivate a welcoming, upbeat team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Manage daily restaurant operations including cost control, inventory, and shift management
• Maintain a clean, organized, and brand-standard compliant restaurant environment
• Train and develop team members to grow their skills and performance
