General Manager

Location: Southgate Mall, Missoula, Montana
Position: Full-Time General Manager

Noodle Express is looking for an experienced, energetic General Manager to lead our Southgate Mall location in Missoula. We are seeking a hands-on leader who enjoys developing people, delivering great guest experiences, and keeping a fast-paced restaurant running smoothly.

As General Manager, you will take ownership of the restaurant’s day-to-day operations, team performance, financial results, and overall guest experience. You will work alongside your team, set clear expectations, and create a positive, accountable workplace.

What You’ll Do

• Recruit, train, coach, and retain a strong restaurant team
• Build schedules and maintain appropriate staffing levels
• Lead daily restaurant operations and ensure excellent guest service
• Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety
• Manage inventory, ordering, labor, and other operating costs
• Monitor restaurant performance and take action to achieve business goals
• Address employee and guest concerns professionally and promptly
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and operating standards are followed
• Create a respectful, positive, and team-focused work environment

What We’re Looking For

• Previous restaurant management or leadership experience
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• A proven ability to lead, coach, and hold a team accountable
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Dependability and a strong sense of ownership
• Flexibility to work the schedule needed to successfully operate the restaurant

 This is a hands-on, full-time leadership position requiring 50 hours per week. The schedule includes a combination of opening, closing, weekend, and holiday shifts based on restaurant needs.
