General Manager

As a General Manager of Oak & Stone, you will be responsible for leading teams that spread joy - through heartfelt hospitality and great food and drinks, building community relationships, manage costs and maintain accountability for achieving success.

To be successful in this role, you must be able to:

• Lead the entire team in our mission and values
• Deliver heartfelt hospitality to our guests
• Comply with company policies, procedures, practices
• Communicate effectively to Team Members
• Conduct interviews and follow hiring protocols
• Conduct onboarding for all new Team Members
• Prepare and manage P&L reports
• Ensure sanitation procedures are in place
• Adhere to alcohol awareness policies and procedures
• Build relationships within the community to build sales

• At least 5 years of overall restaurant management experience
