Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a talented team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure a fun, loving atmosphere for both employees and guests.
• Identify and resolve operational challenges .
• Translate Director team strategies into clear direction for team members.
• Ensure compliance with food safety.
• Lead by example upholding Chick-fil-A standards.
• Help generating new ideas to improve customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or proven experience
• 2+ years of restaurant experience preferred
• Uphold 4-core (smile, speak with a friendly tone, create eye contact, say "My pleasure")
• Availability for weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
• Lift 20-50 lbs.
