Epic Managers is helping Hammer & Nails find a General Manager to open and lead their first location in Westchester County, NY. This is an exciting opportunity to join an upscale men's grooming brand with plans to expand to 10 locations, offering the potential to grow into a multi-unit leadership role.

You can earn $90,000 in target annual compensation, including performance-based bonuses, depending on experience and results. Experienced multi-unit leaders may have the potential to earn $108,000 or more annually, based on performance.

We're looking for someone with 4+ years of management experience, preferably in hospitality, beauty, wellness, luxury retail, or multi-unit operations. Experience opening new locations, driving sales and memberships, and leading high-performing teams is a big plus.
