Role
Overview

This
position oversees a comprehensive campus dining program at a
public arts institution offering high school,
undergraduate, and graduate-level training in performing,
visual, and media arts. The dining operation includes a
resident dining hall, coffee shop, multiple retail
locations, a convenience store, catering services, and
vending within the campus residential community.

The
General Manager is responsible for ensuring high‑quality food
service, strong financial performance, and an exceptional
experience for students, faculty, staff, and
visitors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s

  5 years of management experience

  5 years of functional experience in food service
  operations
