Company Overview:

• This is a 100+ year old lumber company serving homebuilders, remodelers, and commercial general contractors across Minnesota

• $90K-$110K base + bonus (total $125K)

What The Position is About:

• Streamline and improve company processes while maintaining continuous growth
• Oversee a team of 15 employees including operations and sales staff
• Manage the P&L for the company
• Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing team
• Ensure all security measures are followed, oversee equipment usage and facility maintenance, and monitor inventory
• Develop and manage the annual budget, including sales forecasts, expenses, and profitability targets
• Set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations
• Create a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and accountability
• Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to enhance operational performance

The Right Candidate Will Have:

• General management experience within the building materials industry
• P&L experience is required
• Deep understanding of business operations (sales, operations, and management)
• The ability to hold others accountable while fostering a collaborative and supportive environment
