• $150K-$170K base + bonus

What The Position is About:

• Lead all day-to-day business operations, including sales, production, installation, office operations, and customer service
• Take full ownership of the P&L, managing revenue, expenses, budgets, and overall profitability
• Lead the sales organization, strengthening sales leadership, improving sales processes, and driving sales performance and revenue growth
• Evaluate and strengthen the organizational structure, developing existing leaders and recruiting additional talent to support growth
• Streamline and implement systems and processes, including CRM improvements, to enhance operational efficiency and accountability
• Oversee production and installation operations, addressing labor capacity, scheduling, backlog management, and overall operational performance
• Evaluate the current product and brand mix to identify opportunity for improvement and growth
• Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to improve business performance and profitability
• Lead the business through the ownership transition while retaining key employees and building strong relationships with customers, vendors, contractors, suppliers, and industry partners
• Create a high-performance culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and accountability
• Partner with executive leadership on investments in technology, training, talent, and infrastructure to support long-term, profitable growth

The Right Candidate Will Have:

• General management leadership experience within the one-call-close home improvement industry
• P&L management experience
• Experience building and leading high-performance sales teams
• Operational and production fluency
• Comfort using CRM and technology to improve the business
