What You’ll Do

Lead and oversee all dealership operations including Sales, Service, Parts, and Finance

Drive profitability and departmental performance through strategic planning and execution

Hire, develop, and motivate department managers and leadership staff

Establish clear goals, monitor performance, and hold leadership accountable

Review financial statements, forecasts, and daily operating reports to guide decision-making

Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with manufacturer standards

Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders, manufacturers, and key partners

Lead regular management meetings to align teams and improve operational efficiency

Oversee compensation plans and training initiatives to support growth and retention

Address and resolve escalated customer concerns to uphold a best-in-class experience

Develop merchandising and marketing strategies to maximize market share

What We’re Looking For

Proven leadership experience in automotive dealership management

Strong financial acumen, with the ability to analyze and improve performance metrics

Demonstrated success leading multi-department teams

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Ability to drive culture, accountability, and employee engagement

Hands-on approach with a results-oriented mindset
