Job Description - General OTR Driver

Key Highlights:
- Coast-to-Coast Routes: All 48 states, primarily east of I-35
- High Mileage: Average 2,200+ miles per week
- No-Touch Freight: 100% hands-off loading/unloading
- Balanced Home Time: 12 days out, 2 full days (48 hours) home every other weekend
- No NYC Hassle: We don't force dispatch into NYC or its five boroughs

What We Offer:
- Modern Fleet: 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadias and Kenworths
- Long Hauls: Average trip length over 600 miles
- 24/7 Support: Operations specialists available around the clock
- Empowered Shifts: All teams are authorized to address your needs

Compensation and Benefits:
- 54cpm - 64cpm DOE
- Mileage Bonus: 3 CPM based on Safety, Mileage, & Productivity (eligible after first month)
- Detention Pay: $12.50/hour after 2nd hour
- Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100/day

Generous Vacation Package:
- 1 year = 1 week
- 3 years = 2 weeks
- 7 years = 3 weeks
- 15 years = 4 weeks

Additional Perks:
- 50-60% Drop & Hook loads
- 40-50% Live Unload assignments

Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Clean driving record
- OTR experience preferred
