Union Paving & Construction (UPC), a family business founded in 1954, is still anchored to the principle that hard work prevails in the face of any challenge. Building on this foundation for over 6 decades, Union Paving continues to lead the industry in the completion of well over $1 billion in public civil infrastructure projects. Our work spans multiple disciplines in civil engineering for entities such as the NJDOT, NJ Turnpike Authority, Port Authority of NY & NJ, and NJ Transit.
