General Sales Manager

Jim Falk Motors of Maui - Chevrolet / Cadillac / GMC is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Sales Manager to lead our sales team to new heights. Based in Kahului, HI, this role offers a lucrative compensation package ranging from $150,000.00 to $300,000.00 per year, paid bi-weekly. The General Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales performance, developing sales strategies, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.


• Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals.


• Oversee daily dealership sales operations across multiple brands including Chevrolet, Cadillac, GMC, Nissan, and Hyundai.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and manufacturers.


• Analyze sales data and market trends to capitalize on opportunities.


• Recruit, train, and develop sales staff to advance their skills and performance.


• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.


• Prepare and manage sales budgets and forecasts.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a General Sales Manager or similar leadership role within the automotive industry.


• Strong leadership and team management skills.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive sales strategies.


• Familiarity with Chevrolet, Cadillac, GMC brands is preferred.


• Strong organizational and time management skills.


• Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel locally as needed.
