As the General Sales Manager, you will lead and oversee the sales team to drive revenue growth and ensure exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Manage sales operations and ensure smooth workflow within the department.


• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.


• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.


• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.


• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

Requirements
