Job Title: General Laborer

Location: Newark, NJ
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $15.49 per hour

Job Summary

We are seeking dependable bilingual English/Spanish General Laborers to join our team in Newark. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate clearly in both languages and perform a variety of physical labor tasks to support daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, loading, and unloading materials.
• Assist teams and follow verbal and written instructions in English and Spanish.
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized.
• Use basic tools and equipment as directed.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Report workplace hazards or equipment issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to work well independently and with a team.
• Previous general labor experience preferred but not required.

Work Environment

• Fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• May involve indoor and outdoor tasks.
