Climb Higher (About the Job)

We are seeking a Generator Technician to repair, maintain electric generators, switchgear, electronic controls and diesel and gas engines. Mechanical troubleshooting and repairs for fuel delivery, ignition, lube oil, cooling, and exhaust systems are included, as well as engine and component repairs. Additionally, the technician will diagnose, disassemble and examine parts for defects and excessive wear.

Your Work that Keeps us Connected (Job Responsibilities)

• Mechanical experience a must


• In-depth understanding of diesel engine and/or generator technology


• Experience performing testing with multi-meters and amperage clamps


• Ability to read and follow electric schematics and drawings


• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills


• Strong written and oral communication ability


• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
