Qualifications and Educational Requirements:

• No prior automotive experience required.


• Candidates must have a stable work history


• Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the workday


• Possess strong communication and customer service skills


• Ability to follow all processes and procedures mandatory to the Genesis experience


• Answer incoming phone calls as one of the primary initial contact people and handle accordingly


• Perform outbound call tasks as assigned from the department


• Create and manage the loaner agreement process for customer appointments


• Must pass a background check and drug screen prior to employment
