RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Working with clients in a one-on-one relationship


• Use of CDK DMS systems to create repair orders/verify client information


• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day and update clients frequently


• Verify that the final invoices are correct and complete


• Explain all completed work and charges to clients 


•  


• REQUIREMENTS:

•  Exceptional Customer Satisfaction is a plus!


• Experience as a Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager, or Service Consultant is a must


• Above average energy level


• A desire for a long-term career with a growing organization


• Personal and professional integrity
