Genesys Consultant

Voxai Solutions Inc. is looking for a “Genesys Consultant” with Master's, or equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Science, Information Security, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field.  

Duties: Designing, configuring, testing, and deploying Genesys suite of products. Designing, developing, testing, and deploying sophisticated custom applications integrating with Genesys. Managing troubleshooting and resolution of Genesys and other ancillary call center technology issues. Responding to and estimating project proposals and consulting engagements. Providing consultation to the client on best practices and solutions to enhance their business operations. Providing on call support for complex issues related to the Genesys solution and other ancillary call center technologies. 

Location: Coppell, Texas. 40hrs. per week. Job may require some travel in the US with expenses paid by employer.
