Georgetown Stock Associate

About this role

The Stock Associate will support the Stylists, Supervisors, and Assistant Store Manager in our Washington, D.C., Georgetown store. This role will execute operational tasks to support an overall excellent customer experience. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is a detail-oriented and organized problem solver. This role is an hourly, Full-Time position Monday through Friday (approximately 30–40 hours per week).

What will you do?

Stockroom Operations & Receiving

• Execute daily stockroom operations, ensuring the back-of-house areas are organized and inventory is easily accessible.


• Receive and process all inbound and outbound shipments efficiently and accurately.


• Prepare incoming product for the merchandising and sales teams.

Sales Floor & Team Support

• Replenish the sales floor and support the sales team to achieve sales goals.


• Support tasks related to inventory management, merchandising, POS, tailoring, and company procedures.

Brand & Product Knowledge

• Stay up to date on our merchandise, events, promotions, policies, and services.

Store Operations

• Follow and maintain all health and safety procedures of the store.


• Support opening and closing duties when needed.

• You have 1–2 years of stock-to-sales experience.


• You are responsible, reliable, and ask questions when you're unclear.

• You exhibit professional communication and behavior, both internally and externally.

Physical Requirements:

• Position requires prolonged periods of standing/walking and stairs.


• May involve reaching, crouching, kneeling, stooping, and color vision.


• Frequent use of computers, scanners, and other technology necessary to perform job functions, including handheld equipment, cash register, and ability to process register transactions.


• Frequently lift/move up to 50 lbs.

Compensation

• Hourly rate is $19.00
