The Position

The Division of Geriatrics at Montefiore Medical Center-Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Bronx, New York is seeking a full-time faculty member. The Division of Geriatrics includes 13 physician faculty, a highly regarded fellowship program, outstanding clinical programs in all care settings, and a nationally recognized research infrastructure. The clinical responsibilities are in both the ambulatory and inpatient settings. The ambulatory role includes sessions in our geriatrics outpatient practice where you would provide consultative service. The inpatient roles include leading an interdisciplinary team to provide primary care and consultative services as well as a highly regarded geriatrics orthopedics co-management program There are numerous  opportunities for mentored research and academic growth through program development and educational initiatives.

Candidate Qualifications

• Board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine and board certified or eligible in Geriatrics.


• An interest in providing high quality clinical care, teaching in an academic setting, and collaborative research.

To Be Considered

In addition to a competitive salary of $215,000-260,000, we offer the opportunity for additional income with productivity incentives.  LTD, STD, paid malpractice, health, dental, vision and a 403(b) are also offered.
