About the Role

We’re looking for a Business Development Representative (Field Outreach) to join our growing team. This is a key role in driving growth by connecting with homeowners, sharing information about our services, and generating qualified leads for painting and power-washing projects.

What You’ll Do
• Walk neighborhoods in and around Ambler to introduce homeowners to Militello’s services
• Share information about our painting services and answer questions
• Collect homeowner details and schedule estimate appointments
• Track leads and report results daily
• Represent Militello Painting and Powerwashing with professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm

Pay & Perks
• $30–$50/hour equivalent (base + bonuses)
• Strong performers can earn up to $1,000/week

What We’re Looking For
• Outgoing, friendly, and approachable
• Comfortable starting conversations with homeowners
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Strong communication skills and confidence in face-to-face interactions
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Prior sales or canvassing experience a plus, but not required
