WaterAid America is looking for a Gifts Coordinator on a temporary basis to help ensure the smooth day-to-day administration of WaterAid’s development operations. We are looking for a candidate available to start ASAP.
This position is a back-fill opportunity requiring approximately 10-15 hours per week for the next 8-10 weeks. WaterAid’s core business hours are 9 am – 5 pm Eastern. Applicants may be located anywhere in the US (New York, NY and/or Eastern time zone preferred).
The Coordinator role processes and reconciles donations, responds to public inquiries, and helps with general administration. We are looking for someone who is fluent in Salesforce and Excel to handle gift entry, with a strong customer service orientation to serve as supporters’ first point of contact with WaterAid.
