The Opportunity:

Our Client's Global Insurance Department seeks an attorney with 4-6 years of significant insurance coverage experience to join the Houston office. The ideal candidate will have experience litigating first and third party claims concerning multiple lines of coverage and bad faith claims. The candidate will have experience taking depositions, attending court conferences, and drafting and arguing motions. Strong research and writing skills and excellent academic credentials are required. Candidates with deposition and trial experience are preferred, but it is not essential. TX Bar required. 

The salary range for this position is $165,000-$185,000 and represents the Firms good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidates relevant experience and qualifications.

We represent insurance clients in matters involving bad faith, casualty & specialty products, professional liability, property, and reinsurance.
