Job Description - Global services specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Global Services Specialist to support and manage service delivery across international clients and operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring seamless coordination, compliance, and communication between global stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, cross-cultural awareness, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage service operations for international clients across multiple regions and time zones.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for global service inquiries, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Monitor service performance and ensure adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, customer support, logistics, and compliance) to deliver consistent service quality.
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities, client communications, and operational processes.
  • Assist in onboarding international clients and partners, ensuring smooth service integration.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance global service efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with international regulations, policies, and company standards.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards on service performance metrics and client feedback.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–5+ years of experience in global operations, customer service, or service delivery roles.
  • Experience working with international clients or in a global business environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact across diverse cultures and regions.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM or service management tools.
  • Familiarity with international compliance, logistics, or cross-border operations is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours to support global time zones when required.
