We are looking for a full time Global Technical Recruiter to lead, define, and execute a recruiting strategy to attract top talent for a global FinTech company with offices in New York, Sydney, London, Zurich, Budapest, and Hong Kong. This is a hybrid position, working at least 2 days per week in the New York City office.

Requirements



Requirements:
·       Being a hybrid position, candidate must be in the New York City area.
·       5+ years of extensive full life cycle technical recruiting experience.
·       At least 2+ years of global recruiting experience.
·       Excellent sourcing skills, sourcing both active and passive candidates.
·       Must be able to use a variety of recruiting and sourcing tools, including but not limited to resume databases, job posting sites, social media, networking events, and more.
·       Boolean, x-ray sourcing skills preferred.
·       Should have a strong track record in Fintech, recruiting Engineers and Sales Engineers.
·       Blockchain recruiting experience is preferred.
·       Ability to meet and exceed KPI’s.
·      Strong experience documenting and tracking candidates in an ATS.
·       Proven ability to manage stakeholders.
·       Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills.
·       Team leadership experience is a big plus!
·       Bachelors Degree is preferred, or relevant experience.
·       Competitive base salary up to $140k (dependent upon experience).
