Bay Attendants are responsible for exceeding guests’ expectations by providing efficient, friendly guest service.   Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests in the golf bays, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
• Offer menu guidance, suggest food and drink items, and provide information about ingredients and specials.
• Take and process food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages to guests with a warm, friendly smile.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in regularly and attending to any needs or requests.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work environment, including dining areas and workstations.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions with care, following all procedures for payment processing.
• Assist in opening/closing procedures, including cleaning, restocking, and preparing the venue for the next shift.
• Collaborate with team members and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol service laws and safety policies, including confirming guest age and monitoring alcohol consumption.

Schedule:
We offer flexible scheduling with both morning and evening shifts available, seven days a week.

Position: Golf Bay Attendant
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Expected Hours: 20–40 per week
Pay: Minimum $14.00/hr with potential earnings up to approximately $47.00/hr through our pooled tips system

Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or food service role preferred.Must be at least 21 years old and able to serve alcohol in accordance with state laws. Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and on your feet for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent service. Team player with a strong work ethic.
