Job Description - Golf Cart Attendant

Description

The Apprentice Electrician works under the supervision of experienced electricians to learn industry standards and practices. Duties include preparing job sites, transporting materials, performing basic electrical tasks, and maintaining safe and orderly work environments. The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, and motivated to grow within the electrical field.

Responsibilities

Assist electricians with installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment.
Transport tools, equipment, and materials to and from work locations.
Prepare work areas and gather necessary supplies.
Maintain cleanliness and organization on job sites, removing debris and potential hazards.
Follow safety guidelines and uphold safe work practices at all times.
Clean, inspect, and maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Perform basic tasks such as pulling wire, assembling components, and operating hand/power tools as trained.
Complete additional duties assigned by supervising electricians.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Prior experience in construction, maintenance, or labor work preferred but not required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow detailed instructions.
Strong communication and customer service skills when interacting with clients or vendors.
Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technical skills.
Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with supervisors and team members.
Ability to obtain and maintain any required certifications or licensing.
Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable working in environments with exposure to extreme temperatures, dirt, chemicals, and dust.
