Job Description:
Repairs and maintains all equipment related to the maintenance and conditioning of the golf course while working closely with the golf course Superintendent in a positive team environment.
Essential Job Functions
Performs preventive maintenance, repairs and sets up all equipment and licensed vehicles used by the golf course maintenance crew.
Maintains an adequate inventory of parts and supplies.
Keeps the golf course maintenance shop in clean and orderly condition.
Coordinates and schedules all daily/weekly/monthly/annual maintenance of golf course equipment.
Other Duties
Performs related work as required.

Training and/or Education:
High School diploma or GED equivalent, supplemented with courses specific to mechanical maintenance.
Experience:
Six months of mechanical maintenance experience.
Licenses or Certificates:
Valid driver’s license and a current Medical Examiner’s Certificate in accordance with Federal Regulations.
Special Requirements:
Subject to background investigation.
Physical Demands:
Work requires long periods of standing, frequent walking, repeated bending, crouching, stooping, stretching or reaching; recurring lifting of objects up to 49 pounds.

None.

Compensation Steps:
Pay rate: $23.58 - $25.25 per hour; $42,916 - $45,955 annually
