Title: Golf Course Groundskeeper and Maintenance

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Golf Course Groundskeeper and Maintenance personnel to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for golf, be detail-oriented, and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair golf course grounds, including greens, fairways, and sand traps.
• Operate and maintain various equipment such as mowers, tractors, and other machinery.
• Perform routine maintenance and repair of golf course equipment.
• Ensure golf course is clean, safe, and free of hazards for players.
• Manage irrigation and drainage systems to ensure proper water supply and drainage.
• Plant and maintain trees, shrubs, and flowers to enhance the golf course's aesthetics.
• Maintain and repair golf carts, ball washers, and other golf course amenities.
• Work with other team members to ensure golf course events are set up correctly.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience working on a golf course or in a similar field.
• Ability to operate and maintain various types of equipment.
• Knowledge of irrigation and drainage systems.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
