Grant Administrator & Executive Implementation Director

The Grant Administrator & Executive Implementation Director provides executive oversight and strategic direction for Adams Health Rural Health Transformation Program portfolio. This role leads program implementation, governance, budget oversight, risk management, compliance coordination, and sustainability planning while ensuring initiatives remain aligned with organizational goals and program requirements.

This is a grant-funded, time-limited position dependent on continued RHTP/GROW grant funding and organizational need. Future funding is not guaranteed.

Requirements:

20 hours per week - First Shift

Grant administration or related experience required.

Experience with contract execution, performance reporting, and regional partnerships preferred.
