HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL DO
Reporting to the Associate Dean for Finance and Administration, the Grants and Contracts Officer II is responsible for the administration and management of sponsored projects, including grants and contracts from federal, state, foundation, and private sponsors. This position provides pre-award and post-award support to faculty and staff by ensuring compliance with institutional policies, sponsor regulations, and applicable laws throughout the lifecycle of sponsored programs. This position will also provide research administrative support to ASYPS research centers. The role requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced academic environment.

Research Administration & Liaison Responsibilities
Faculty & Research Staff Support
Award & Sponsored Activity Management
Effort Reporting & Compliance
Departmental Research Administration Support
Serve as a departmental research administrator during staff leave periods or position vacancies
Provide pre-award and post-award research administration support until vacancies are filled or staff returns
Perform other related duties as assigned by the Dean, Associate Dean, and Assistant Dean.
