Graphic Designer / Marketing Specialist

GRAPHIC DESIGNER / MARKETING SPECIALIST (Permanent)
Our client, a local brewery/distillery in WNY, is looking to hire a Graphic Designer / Marketing Specialist to join their growing team.  This is a great opportunity for a highly creative individual to have an impact on business and drive brand loyalty.  They are open to entry level candidates who are experienced with Adobe Illustrator.

Responsibilities:

• Develop creative & brand-consistent designs to establish company identity, increase brand awareness, and build loyalty
  


• Design beverage labels, flyers, digital campaigns, and custom merchandise
  


• Create restaurant/taproom menus & special event/promotional flyers to drive foot traffic—including late-night/seasonal menus, live music events, etc.
  


• Create fun & engaging content for daily social media posts (Instagram & Facebook), email newsletters, and website updates—actively increasing customer engagement
  


• Utilize Adobe Illustrator when developing scalable vector artwork, logos, and typography that are consistent with brand aesthetics
  


• Develop detailed, flawless design files that are production ready—ensure correct color profiles (CMYK vs. RGB), bleeding, formatting for specific materials, (apparel, vinyl, etc.) are provided to print vendors
  


• Communicate with vendors regarding promotional/print products to ensure timely delivery and accuracy of materials
  


• Remain up to date with industry trends to ensure promotions and marketing campaigns are fresh, competitive, and engaging
  


• Collaborate with management to create and design marketing strategies, campaigns, events, etc. to drive business and solidify the brand’s footprint in the industry
  


• Work well both independently and in a team environment
  


• Other duties as assigned/as necessary
  

Details:

• Position is full-time, direct hire
  


• Hybrid schedule: 3 days in-office, 2 days WFH
  


• $24.00 - $25.00/hour plus stipends and bonuses for special projects
  


• MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE in Adobe Illustrator
