Job Summary (Essential Functions)

Broadmoor Golf Club is a premier, private 18-hole golf club located in Seattle, Washington. Broadmoor was founded in 1924 and has hosted multiple PGA Tour events, USGA Championships and NCAA Championships. Broadmoor is currently in the process of finishing a master plan restoration of the golf course which consists of yearly construction projects. This position will play an integral role in providing daily championship playing conditions, as well as gain experience with in-house and contracted projects.

Job Knowledge, Core Competencies and Expectations

· At least 2 yrs of previous golf course maintenance or professional landscaping experience.

· Candidate must be punctual, promote a positive working environment

· Experience in a team environment

· Honesty, attention to detail, professionalism

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

· Regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions.

· Frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals.

· Occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; high, precarious places; extreme cold; extreme heat; risk of electrical shock; and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.

· Able to meet and perform the physical requirements and to work effectively in an environment which is typical of this position.

· Frequent lifting, bending, climbing, stooping and pulling.
