Job Description - Greenskeeper I

Ibis Landing, located in Lehigh Acres, FL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Full-Time Greenskeeper I! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Pay Range:

Starting at $16.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Performs general landscape maintenance using handheld equipment

Rakes and maintains sand bunkers

Operates small machinery to assist with edging, trimming, and mowing

Prepares soil beds for sod, seed, and vegetative material

Performs tasks related to course detail (weed and debris cleanup)

Assists with golf course set-up procedures

Operates utility vehicles for hauling material and removing debris

Performs skilled duties based on experience (pruning, plugging, etc.)

Operates equipment safely and is aware of associates and their respective work areas

Incorporates safe work practices in job performance

Performs other duties as required

Minimum Qualifications:

Must have mechanical knowledge

Must have a valid driver’s license

Other Qualifications:

Regular and reliable attendance
