Ground Maintenance

The Nascence Group is seeking qualified candidates with commercial grounds or landscape maintenance experience to support outdoor maintenance operations. This position focuses on maintaining landscaped areas through a variety of grounds-maintenance activities, excluding routine mowing. Candidates should have experience performing physically demanding tasks in outdoor environments and be comfortable working in varying weather conditions. Experience with landscape maintenance equipment and vegetation management is highly preferred. Job Description:

We are seeking candidates with commercial grounds or landscape maintenance experience. Please note that routine mowing is not part of this position.

• Primary duties include string trimming and weed eating around trees and shrubs, edging sidewalks and walkways, blowing and cleaning concrete areas, weed control and herbicide application, flower-bed maintenance, shrub and perennial care, leaf removal, fence-line vegetation control, fertilizer application, periodic aeration, and spot ant treatment. Experience with these duties is considered a plus.


• Candidates must be comfortable working outdoors, performing physical grounds-maintenance tasks, and safely operating commercial trimmers, edgers, blowers, hedge trimmers, and sprayers.
