Grounds Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Grounds Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of grounds keeping, landscaping, and maintenance across our property. Duties

• Lead and supervise grounds keeping teams to execute lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, and tree care activities efficiently and safely.


• Plan, organize, and oversee construction projects.


• Operate grounds maintenance equipment such as mowers, trimmers, irrigation tools, and hardscape machinery with precision and safety.


• Coordinate with vendors or contractors for specialized services like hardscape construction or large-scale landscaping projects.


• Maintain detailed records of grounds maintenance activities, equipment inspections, safety protocols, and project progress.


• Ensure compliance with safety standards
