JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Responsibilities

• General Maintenance
• Cleaning breakrooms & bathrooms
• Taking out interior and exterior trash
• Painting & Special Projects
• Pressure Washing shop and building
• Cleaning exterior windows

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid Class C driver's license
• Ability to handle heavy items and work in extreme weather and physical conditions
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment while demonstrating safe work habits

Preferred Qualifications

• Painting Experience
• Electrical Experience
• Handyman skill set

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• General maintenance

• General sanitation

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Standing, bending, squatting, kneeling, crawling, pushing, and pulling with a full range of body movements
• Using hands to handle, control or feel
• Climbing ladders, stairs, and platforms
• Lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds

1+ years of general work experience
