Job Description - Groundskeeper/Maintenance

Seeking experienced Groundskeeper to join our team. Duties are as follows:

Painting

Pressure Washing

Tree Trimming

Pruning

Sprinkler Repair

Light Maintenance

Light Housekeeping

Requirements

Must have General Knowledge of commercial plumbing and general construction repair.

must have previous work related experience ( i.e: landscaping ; construction; ect...)

Have ability to climb ladder; lift 40lb..

must be able to pass background check

have reliable transportation
