Job Summary

A successful landscaper at Kenrick will provide excellent service while always keeping quality in mind. The ability to use different hand and power tools and equipment will be necessary to perform this job well. Ultimately, we are looking for a motivated individual that enjoys the fast paced and demanding environment of our properties.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Mowing lawns, raking and disposal of grass clippings


• String trimming


• Shrub and tree trimming


• Raking and disposal of leaves


• Weeding


• Planting of grass seed, flowers, shrubs and trees


• Fertilization


• Grounds pick-ups


• Removal of dead shrubs and trees


• Snow and ice removal, snow blowing and shoveling, salt and ice chopping (Winter snow removal calls will be expected throughout the winter. Hours will vary)


• Service of equipment. Including oil changes, blade sharpening, routine maintenance


• Periodic maintenance calls when needed


• Basic electrical & plumbing knowledge a plus
