THE JOB:

We are seeking a dedicated Group Housing Specialist to join our team at MGM Resorts. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that group reservations are handled efficiently, providing exceptional service to our clients. Your expertise will help to coordinate housing needs for various groups, enhancing their overall experience during their stay.

THE STARTING RATE: $22.00 hourly

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Manage group bookings and reservations, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for group clients, addressing inquiries and providing support throughout the booking process.

• Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination for group arrivals and accommodations.

• Monitor inventory and availability for group bookings, making adjustments as necessary to maximize occupancy.

• Assist in the creation of group contracts and proposals, ensuring that all details are accurately represented.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

• 1+ Years of prior relevant experience in guest service
