Compensation

• $85,000 USD per annum, plus sales incentive plan

Role Overview
Leads group sales within an assigned market at a luxury hotel, building key account relationships and securing the group business needed to hit budgeted sales goals. Works closely with the commercial leadership team to negotiate profitable agreements and grow the hotel’s presence in the corporate, incentive, and association markets. This is an on-site role.

Key Deliverables

• Sales planning: build a direct sales plan and targeted outreach to grow a refined portfolio of key accounts


• Revenue delivery: secure and confirm group business, negotiate contracts that maximize profitability


• Market growth: expand brand presence in corporate, incentive, and association segments through travel, property tours, and personalized client engagement


• Cross-functional execution: partner with hotel teams to deliver on client needs

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of group sales experience in a luxury hotel


• Proven ability to evaluate business opportunities and align sales strategy with revenue goals


• Working knowledge of hotel operations


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills


• Flexibility to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs require


• Willingness to travel for client engagement


• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States


• Must be based on-site
