Hiring a Growth Marketing Lead to build and scale demand generation for a fast-growing fintech startup.

You’ll own ABM, outbound campaigns, growth experiments, paid, lifecycle, and funnel optimization — with a strong focus on generating measurable pipeline and breaking into new verticals and regions.

What we’re looking for:

• 4+ years in growth, demand gen, or performance marketing


• Fintech startup experience is a must


• Proven ABM and pipeline-generation experience


• Strong analytical skills and ability to explain the “why” behind the numbers


• Experience running experiments across paid, email, LinkedIn, events, and lifecycle


• Comfortable building from zero in a fast-moving, no-playbook environment


• Familiarity with CRM, attribution, analytics, and marketing automation tools
