Description:
Zendrop is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to help take Addrop, our AI video and image generator for UGC-style ad creative, to the world. Just a few months after our beta launch, Addrop is seeing strong organic growth with virtually no marketing. We're now building toward seven figures in recurring revenue and looking for someone to lead our go-to-market strategy as a standalone software product.

Working closely with our marketing and product leaders, you’ll run Addrop’s creator and AI influencer program, build its organic social presence, and amplify what works through paid. You’ll also deliver launch marketing for every Addrop release, starting with our AI influencer and custom avatar features launching this quarter. As Addrop’s first dedicated marketing hire, this is a hands-on role for someone who makes the content, ships fast, and wants to help shape a product’s growth from the start.

Location:

This is a hybrid role based in our West Palm Beach, Florida office.

Primary Job Duties:

• Partner with leadership to develop the Addrop go-to-market plan by recommending positioning, audience segments, channel mix, and launch calendar, then own execution against the approved plan and quarterly targets


• Run Addrop’s creator and influencer program end to end, including sourcing, tiering, briefing, contracting, payouts, and performance tracking


• Execute Addrop’s AI influencer campaign, including AI personas that front Addrop’s own channels and a program that helps users build and monetize their own


• Own Addrop’s organic social presence on TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and X, from concept and script to production and daily publishing


• Deliver launch marketing for each Addrop release using a repeatable playbook: angle, assets, creator wave, landing page, and email


• Grow Addrop’s audience by driving signups from Zendrop’s existing users through in-app placements, product pages, and webinars, and by creating content for technical and AI power users, including Addrop’s integrations and MCP support


• Run paid amplification of winning creative through Spark Ads, creator whitelisting, Meta, and TikTok, with a clear testing framework and CAC targets


• Partner with the product team on feature positioning and launch timing, and share market and user insights to inform pricing


• Track and report Addrop’s marketing performance, including social-led signups, creative performance, and CAC by channel, and recommend where to focus next


• Apply brand safety and disclosure standards for creator and AI-generated content, including FTC disclosure, likeness rights, and usage rights

Required Skills and Competencies

• 3 to 5 years in growth, social, or creator marketing, ideally for a software, app, or consumer product


• Ownership of at least one brand’s social presence, with results you can show


• Native fluency in short-form video. You can explain why a hook worked on TikTok last week and where the format is heading next


• Hands-on production skills. You script, prompt, edit, and publish yourself


• Working fluency with AI creative tools (Higgsfield, Veo,Runway, ElevenLabs, Midjourney, or similar) and a point of view on where the category is going


• Strong ability with AI tooling (Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Claude Code, others) to build workflows that automate and scale your work


• Experience briefing, paying, and measuring creators or influencers


• Paid social skills strong enough to amplify winning creative and read performance data on your own


• Comfort with GA4, Mixpanel, or similar, and the ability to build your own reporting


• Strong writing: positioning, hooks, scripts, and landing page copy


• A startup operating style. You turn a plan into shipped work quickly and keep pace with weekly product releases

Nice to Have:

• Experience marketing to ecommerce sellers, dropshippers, agencies, or performance marketers


• A personal or brand account you’ve grown to meaningful scale


• Experience running an AI persona or virtual influencer account


• PLG or freemium SaaS background


• HubSpot experience
