Job Description - Growth Operations Coordinator

The Growth Operations Coordinator owns the sales process from inbound lead to signed agreement.

You'll work closely with company leadership, engineers, project teams, and prospective customers to ensure every opportunity receives prompt attention and consistent follow-up.

This role is ideal for someone who loves organization, accountability, customer communication, CRM management, and process improvement.

Your success will directly impact company growth.

Requirements

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational abilities
High attention to detail
Strong problem-solving skills
Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Professional written communication skills
Experience working within CRM systems
Proficiency with Microsoft 365

Preferred

Sales coordination experience
Project coordination experience
B2B customer service experience
MSP, technology, telecommunications, cybersecurity, marketing, or business services experience
Proposal coordination experience
RFP experience
