GTMS Tele Advisor

• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a GTMS product or service.


• Answer questions about products or the Bank.


• Prefill and coordinate all aspects of the GTMS documentation and coordinate customer hand-off with implementation team.


• Build collaborative relationships with Branch Managers, Relationship Managers, and internal partners.


• Document all facets of client engagement through CRM, keeping pipeline of prospects and client deals updated. Link all activity to assigned deal team for executive awareness.


• Participate in pipeline and partner meetings.


• Communication – strong ability to effectively communicate (oral and written) within multiple levels of the organization.


• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root cause and drive a resolution. Quickly escalates to ensure follow through and closure of issue.


• Adhere to policies and procedures plus industry and regulatory compliance.

Job Qualifications/Requirements

• Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Finance, Business or Economics).


• Minimum Job Experience: 2+ years experience in commercial banking with a strong understanding of treasury management solutions.


• Required: Must be able to work independently, a motivated self-starter with a disciplined approach to business development.


•  Computer/software skills: Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

The salary range for this full-time position is $25.00 Hourly - $31.00 Hourly + bonus + benefits 

Salary ranges are determined based on qualifications, level, and location
