Position Overview

Amber Brooke Farms is looking for energetic, outgoing, and enthusiastic Guest Activities Associates to help create fun and memorable experiences for families visiting our farm!

This is a hands-on, guest-facing position perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, interacting with children and families, and helping guests have a great time. Our Guest Activities Associates help operate farm attractions, supervise activities, and ensure guests enjoy a safe, welcoming, and exciting experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and supervise assigned farm attractions, games, and activities.


• Greet guests with a friendly, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.


• Explain activity rules and provide clear instructions to guests.


• Monitor attractions to ensure guest safety and proper equipment use.


• Assist children and families with participating in activities.


• Help manage guest lines and maintain an organized flow of visitors.


• Set up, clean, and maintain activity areas throughout the day.


• Assist with seasonal festivals, special events, and group activities.


• Report safety concerns, equipment issues, or guest incidents to management.


• Support other farm departments and activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills.


• Enjoys interacting with children, families, and large groups.


• Dependable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team.


• Comfortable speaking with guests and providing instructions.


• Ability to remain attentive and focused while supervising activities.


• Willingness to work outdoors in a fast-paced, active environment.


• Previous customer service, recreation, amusement park, or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.

Schedule & Working Conditions

• Weekend availability is required, including Saturdays and Sundays.


• Flexible weekday hours based on farm operations and seasonal needs.


• Availability during holidays, festivals, and special events may be required.


• Must be comfortable working outdoors in Florida's heat, humidity, and changing weather conditions.


• Must be able to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods.


• Work takes place in an agricultural environment with dirt roads, uneven terrain, and outdoor attractions.
