Guest Experience Coordinator

Coordinates details that shape the guest journey, including communications, special requests, activities, and onsite service.

On site, guest-facing, collaborative and highly interactive.

Day-to-day responsibilities

·       Prepare for arrivals, activities, or special guest needs

·       Interact directly with guests throughout their visit

·       Coordinate requests with operational teams

·       Track feedback and help improve the overall guest experience

This is an on-site hospitality role with regular face-to-face interaction with guests, visitors, clients, attendees, members, or coworkers. It is not a remote position.

What we’d look for: A strong fit is personable, dependable, composed in busy environments, comfortable starting conversations, attentive to details, and motivated to create a positive guest experience. Prior hospitality experience can be helpful, but many employers provide training for entry-level hires.
