The Guest Relations Associate creates a welcoming first impression for restaurant guests by providing friendly and professional service in person and over the phone. This role coordinates guest seating, responds to inquiries, and supports smooth dining room operations while helping maintain guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

  One to two years of restaurant experience preferred.
